Blue, red and white – for me these are the colors that represent the winter in Montreal and the Monterégie. Coming here from Berlin, I was used to grey days full of clouds and with hardly any sun between November and February. What a difference I experience with this vast quantity of light out of the blue sky, reflected by the white snow, and shining on the red brick buildings!
Now its is almost spring, and the three colors prevail. I am so used to them, I see them everywhere …
